By accessing or using GenerativeAI.credit ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to the websites generativeai.credit and generativeai.guide and all associated services.

2. Description of Service

GenerativeAI.credit is an information and tooling platform that provides:

A curated directory of AI compute credits, grants, and startup programs

An AI model cost calculator

AI provider migration guides

An AI chatbot advisor

Pro subscription features

The Platform is intended for developers, founders, and technical teams evaluating AI infrastructure options.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features (bookmarks, detailed credit criteria, Pro features), you must register for an account with a valid email address.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at admin@generativeai.credit.

3.3 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

Attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or authentication mechanisms

Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform without prior written consent

Submit false or misleading credit program information

Impersonate any person or entity

4. Affiliate Links & Compensation Disclosure

Important: This Platform contains affiliate links. When you click certain links and sign up for third-party services, we may receive a commission or referral fee. This does not affect the price you pay.

All affiliate relationships are disclosed. We only feature programs we have evaluated for legitimacy, though we cannot guarantee the accuracy, availability, or terms of third-party programs.

5. Pro Subscription

5.1 Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed at $19 USD per month via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method.

5.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

5.3 Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform — including curated credit data, migration guides, calculator logic, and AI-generated content — is owned by GenerativeAI.credit or licensed to us.

You may link to the Platform, share individual pages, and quote brief excerpts with attribution. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute substantial portions without written permission.

7. User-Submitted Content

By submitting a credit program, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish and display the submission (subject to moderation). You warrant that your submission is accurate and does not infringe third-party rights.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

Credit programs listed are currently active or accepting applications

Listed credit amounts, eligibility criteria, or approval rates are accurate

The AI chatbot provides legally or financially accurate advice

Always verify program details directly with the provider before applying.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GenerativeAI.credit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, missed credit opportunities, or reliance on inaccurate information.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
